After several weeks of sailing and meeting new people, this unique tour is coming to an end. The time has come to take stock and share with you some of our most memorable images, because, as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

For the first time, Liteboat has set out to meet sailing and rowing enthusiasts and the curious in a number of emblematic locations: Arcachon, Portugal, Île aux Moines, Saint-Tropez, and even Denmark.

At each stopover, the boats were put through their paces, and there were plenty of opportunities to talk about this unique combination of rowing and sailing.

Let’s take a step-by-step look back at each Spring Tour 2025 event!

The tour began in Arcachon. Despite the inclement weather, this first stopover enabled us to launch the trials in a friendly atmosphere.

In bright sunshine and a friendly atmosphere, the Liteboat team set down their boats on Lake Montargil. This peaceful setting in the heart of the Alentejo provided ideal conditions for testing. A number of local enthusiasts discovered sailing and rowing for the first time, and there was plenty to talk about.

This stopover was a highlight of the Spring Tour, at the heart of the Semaine du Golfe du Morbihan – a spectacular maritime event that attracts hundreds of traditional sailing boats every year. In this unique setting, participants enjoyed a complete package: accommodation in a gîte, daily boat trials and sailing amongst an exceptional fleet. Between sharing moments, discovering sailing and rowing and immersing themselves in the festive atmosphere of the Gulf, this stage left everyone with memorable souvenirs.

You may be familiar with the famous Loro Piana Giraglia, the legendary regatta that brings the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to life every year… Well, Liteboat was there too! For this event, the XP 20 sailed from Port Grimaud to the port of Saint-Tropez, from Friday to Monday. It was a great opportunity to showcase sailing and rowing in a prestigious setting, with tall ships and a Mediterranean atmosphere.

The Spring Tour came to an end in Denmark, in a spirit of sharing and community. After a week of XP Days during which several Liteboat owners sailed together, exchanging tips and good times, trials were organised over the weekend. These days enabled newcomers to discover sailing and rowing in a welcoming environment, buoyed by the enthusiasm of the participants. It was a great way to round off this first European tour.

Each stop has brought its share of encounters and memories, and has enabled us to introduce sailing and rowing to an increasingly curious and enthusiastic public.

The Spring Tour will be back next year, with new stops and just as many moments to share. But if you’re keen to try out a Liteboat before then, you should know that trials are available all year round. Simply contact us to arrange your outing.
