Liteboat is a 20 enthusiast employees company located in the French Alps. We are designing, manufacturing and selling rowing and sale&row boats. Currently one of the major players on the market, Liteboat is having a big two-digit growth and it is in this context that we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager. The business is organized in BtB (trough a distribution network) and BtC for all French market and some other countries.

The position:

You are looking for a high responsibilities job in sales and marketing in company which is breaking the bank? You think that boats production in the French Alps is a funny idea? You want to be a key person in the success of a company development? You enjoy working in an international environment? You are an impressive business strategist, organized and passionate, dynamic and a sport addict? We have a place for you!

The position reports directly to the two associates managing the company, both the founder and the managing director. In this key position, your job will be to:

  • Develop, propose, and implement a business strategy

  • Create event and commercial actions

  • Extend the relationships with the distribution network

  • Implement, monitor and report relevant KPI

  • Manage the customer service team

You have graduated from a business school and have around 10 years experiences in a commercial position in a medium size company. You are used to work in an international environment and ideally in the sport industry. You are a very organized person, you have a creative mind and able to work in a small company which required multi-tasks employees. Your skillset includes:

  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing tools and strategy

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly draw conclusions and insights from data you receive and generate (KPI)

  • Small team management skills

  • Fluent in English and French – a plus would be to speak German, Spanish or Italian

  • Last but not least: you know the basic about rowing – ideally, you know how to row… backward.
